There isn&#8217;t a better way to end a perfect summer day than a nice and healthy BBQ meal with all of your loved ones. Our patient&#8217;s health is always our priority and that is why we are happy to be able to provide healthy options for your BBQ dinner!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Perfectly Healthy Side Dish<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Who doesn&#8217;t love a batch of delicious brussel sprouts? We know that we do here at Dental Associates of Delaware! This veggie side dish is the perfect way to compliment any entr\u00e9e and of course, is really good for you too. Here is what you will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 lb. brussel sprouts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon minced garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon dry mustard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon smoked paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon kosher salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cooking directions are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remove stems of brussel sprouts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microwave on high for 3 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add olive oil, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toss and combine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skewer 4-5 brussel sprouts onto metal skewer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the skewers on the grill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover and cook for 5 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn over and cook for 5 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you remove the brussel sprouts from the grill you can serve them as they are on the skewer. For more flavor you can return the brussel sprouts to the bowl they were mixed in for additional olive oil and seasonings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grilled Lemon Chicken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now here is a dish that truly everyone can enjoy! This is a light and refreshing dish that is not only healthy but is a BBQ favorite.
