This is normal, but you can find some relief by drinking cold water. That said, this makes your aligners less flexible. If you try taking them out right after, then you might struggle a bit. You can wait for your mouth to warm back up or drink lukewarm water.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start from Your Back Teeth<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you are removing your trays, it&rsquo;s best to do it from the back. Loosening them from your molars is oftentimes much easier compared to doing it on your front teeth. They can absorb extra moisture and help you grab onto the edge. You can find this tool online or at your local department store. It&rsquo;s a plastic hook with a ring where you put your finger. Position the end at the back of your tray and gently pull away. You might have to combine a few, but they can make removing your Invisalign easier than before.
