Get to Know Dr. Richard S. D’Antonio
Dr. D’Antonio’s goal is to make every patient so comfortable that they never want to see another dentist. He gets tremendous satisfaction from doing things the right way the first time, every time, an approach that has garnered a sterling reputation in the area over the years. He is a perfectionist with an amazing eye for turning complex cases into beautiful smiles.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. D’Antonio has been practicing since 2003, when he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Temple University School of Dentistry.
Dr. D’Antonio is exactly the kind of dentist our patients love: caring, gentle, and knowledgeable in general and cosmetic dentistry. He believes strongly in “doing the right thing” and prides himself on providing the highest quality comprehensive dental care available. He continues to pursue the latest advancements and techniques in modern dentistry by attending courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is active in the Spear Continuum and the local Spear Study Club. He is a certified provider for both Invisalign® and Six Month Smiles and a member of the Delaware State Dental Society and American Dental Association.
Dr. D’Antonio loves treating multiple generations of families and takes the time to thoroughly educate all patients and guide them to optimum dental health. As a father of four, he welcomes the opportunity to treat children to ensure that their experience is a pleasant one.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
When he isn’t working, Dr. D’Antonio loves spending time with his loving wife and four children. He loves the outdoors and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and taking trips to the beach.
