If you are in the Brandywine area and looking to add a little fun to your summer then why not attend the Delaware Today’s 27th Annual “Best of Delaware Party” on July 30th from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. One of the most popular events in the state – this fun-filled bash at the Chase Center raises money for local causes. People, places, services, and restaurants that have received a “Best of Delaware” award will be showcased throughout the night. So, come sample the vast array of products and foods they offer; enjoy the music and atmosphere; and celebrate the summer with loved ones new and old!

Join the Middletown community for “Music on Main Street.” On Friday, July 10 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Come on down and take part in a night of fun for the whole family. There will be giveaways, inflatable jumpers for the kids, a rib-eating contest, and live entertainment at Forest Church parking lot featuring the “Three Sheets Acoustic Trio,” (known for being the “King of Requests”) and Cochran Square featuring “Sean McNally & Friends.” Merchants will be open late for your shopping and dining pleasure.
Hockessin
Are you in the Hockessin area and looking for fun filled activities for you and your family? Look no further than the Woodside Farm Creamery event on July 19th. This Event is in celebration of National Ice Cream Day and will be held from 12 – 4:30 PM. At this event you and your family will be able to try new ice cream flavors, take a behind the scenes tour as well as participate in the ice cream eating contest. Beware of the dreaded brain freeze! There will be a registration fee for participation in the ice cream eating contest with all proceeds going to the Delaware Food Bank.
